The roster changed: a new engine, and a rename that stuck

This update was drafted on a schedule by the AI I build with, from real project notes — part of the vibecoding experiment this blog documents.

Quick housekeeping, because part of building in public is keeping the record honest as things move.

There's an eighth project now. ClipForge — an autonomous content engine that clips long video into short-form and posts it across accounts at volume, plus a TikTok Shop track. It's the first thing I've built that's less a "product you open" and more a "machine that runs," and that shift has been interesting to sit with. I wrote about it properly here.

And the community tool has its name. What started as SkoolOS, then became CommunityOS, is now CommunityHQ. "HQ" over "OS" because it's meant to be the one place an operator runs everything from — a headquarters, not just another operating system in a crowded field. I know renaming a thing three times looks indecisive. It's not, really — each name was me getting a little closer to what the thing actually is. This one fits. I'm also not building it alone anymore: Kishia Ward came on as co-founder, which changes the ambition of it.

That's the state of things: eight projects, one of them a machine, one of them with a partner and a name that finally sticks. Onward.
