Describe your community

Tell CommunityHQ what your Skool community is about and who it's for.

The problem

Community operators on Skool do everything manually — onboarding, engagement prompts, content calendars. The work is formulaic enough to automate but time-consuming enough to burn people out.

Who CommunityHQ is for

Skool community owners and operators drowning in manual admin — onboarding, engagement prompts, content calendars — who'd rather spend their time with members than on busywork.

About the project

CommunityHQ (it started as SkoolOS, then CommunityOS) automates the operational grind of running a Skool community. Its blueprint engine uses Claude to generate the structure, content, and automations a community needs, so operators spend their time with members instead of on admin. The MVP is built and verified.

CommunityHQ, and the day I renamed it out of nowhere

Running a Skool community is mostly invisible admin. I automated the grind — and learned a small lesson about names along the way. (It went SkoolOS → CommunityOS → CommunityHQ.)
