About the project
MotionForge is a self-running motion-design agency in a box. Claude plans the creative and the outreach; Higgsfield (Seedance 2.0) renders the video. One operator runs the whole loop: render a portfolio of cinematic reels, find real businesses that need motion work, and draft a personalized pitch for each — with a hard human-approval gate before a single email is sent.
The reels below were generated end-to-end to show range: AURA (a beverage product spot), AXIOM (a hyper-kinetic tech launch), LUMEN (a warm, cinematic education promo), and STRIDE (a high-energy physical-product spot for a sneaker) — each an 8-second 9:16 Seedance 2.0 clip. Every stage writes its output to disk so the next stage picks it up, so the project genuinely bootstraps itself.
